The Taman Tugu Project Team conducted a working session with Jabatan Perhutanan Semenanjung  Malaysia (“JPSM”) led by Datuk Borhanudin B. Hj. Arshad – Deputy Director General of Forestry Peninsular Malaysia and Dato’ Lim Kee Leng – Director of Forest Plantation and Protection.

Key points covered include enhancement of the biodiversity of the site covering both flora and fauna, ensuring that all trees which are to be added to the site are sourced from reliable nurseries who obtained their plants responsibly, connecting Taman Tugu to other forest reserves and eco-parks across the country as well as how JPSM can further support the Taman Tugu Project.
