Taman Tugu Forest Park Coming Soon

Part of the Taman Tugu Forest Park will be opening soon as a green space for you to learn, appreciate and experience one of Malaysia’s greatest heritage – our flora and fauna, and to escape from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Opening Hours
7.00am – 6.30pm daily
Entry is free and open to all
Management may close the park due to severe weather

There are two entrances to the forest park along Persiaran Sultan Salahuddin – the Taman Tugu Campsite Entrance and the Taman Tugu Nursery Entrance, as shown in the masterplan above.

Parking is available at:
Taman Tugu Campsite Entrance
PPTD (at the Taman Tugu Nursery Entrance)

You can use Google Maps or Waze to “Taman Tugu Nursery” to be directed to the Taman Tugu Nursery Entrance

Recommended Attire / Footwear
Casual attire and sports shoes are recommended

Forest House @ Taman Tugu Nursery

The Taman Tugu Nursery is also open and has a covered space know as the Forest House. It is available for you to book and use for educational workshops and/or team building sessions.

7.00am – 6.30pm daily

Capacity & Setup
This space accommodates approximately 50 pax (with long table and benches set up).

To book the Forest House, please mail with the following details:

  1. Name of company/ organisation/ group
  2. Intended date and time
  3. Type of event and reason
  4. Estimated number of people

Ground rules for Forest House:

  1. As we are preserving and conserving nature, we would appreciate it if everyone does their part. Plastic items are discouraged (including but not limited to bottles, containers, cutleries)
  2. Please clean up the space after use
  3. Please respect all items/ people in and around the space
  4. Food can be catered in/ served at renter’s own cost (Rule no. 1 applies)
  5. Furniture and setup can be brought into the space and arranged to suit your requirements, at own cost

The Taman Tugu Campsite is still work in progress and is targeted to open by Q2 2019.
